Nose: Bouquet focused on fresh black and red fruit (strawberry, gooseberry, blackcurrant, cherry, raspberry), finely vanilla.

Palate: The palate is delicious and round, aromatic and lightly spicy. Delicate tannins. Fresh and balanced, the Savigny-Lès-Beaune is elegant.

Recommendations: Ideal on raw hams and fibrous and subtle meats (rabbit), or spicy meats and poultry (curry), offal in sauce and game birds. Sweet cheeses : Brillat-Savarin, Vacherin, Brie de Meaux, Cîteaux...



Origin: North-West of the Côte de Beaune - The vineyard surrounds the picturesque village of Savigny-LèsBeaune. "Les Pointes" is located between Savigny and Aloxe-Corton.

Vinification: Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel. Pre-fermentation – temperature controlled cold maceration. Long fermentation during which pigeages and pumping over are performed. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The oak is mainly sourced from the Vosges region.

Soil: The soil consists of limestone containing marl and clay.
