Colour: Bright yellow in colour with green hues. The palate is ample, well-balanced with aromatic notes of citrus fruits and honeysuckle. A mineral and long finish.

Origin: At the southern tip of the Côte Chalonnaise, 4 villages (Buxy, Montagny-lès-Buxy, Jully-lès-Buxy and St. Vallerin) share the appellation Montagny, which produces only white wines. The Climat "Les Bouchots" means "Bushes" and refers to the clearing of the land.
Vinification: Traditionnal vinification. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Fermentation partly in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated at 16°C and partly in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 10 months. The wine aged in oak barrels is then assembled with the wine in stainless steel vats.
