Nose: Aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry, redcurrant) with peppery notes.
Palate: Fine and elegant structure in the mouth with round and velvety tannins.

Geographical situation: Born in Burgundy, Pinot Noir gives birth to all the great red wines of the Burgundy vineyards. Produced in the Côte-d'Or, Saône-et-Loire and Yonne regions, Bourgogne Pinot Noir is an introductory wine, inviting you to discover the Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations of Burgundy.
Vinification: Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated vats. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Long vatting period during which punching down and pumping over are carried out in an optimal way.
Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Soil: The soil is composed of marl containing limestone and clay.
