Colour: Morello cherry colour.
Nose: Fruity with morello cherry and raspberry aromas
progressing on blackcurrant, spicy and liquorice flavors.
Palate: Generous palate, lively and structured with strong tannins.
Recommendations : It goes perfectly with roasted meats like veal cooked with curry or more traditionaly salty, a tourte from Burgundy, soft cheeses.

Origin: It is located between Lardoix-Serrigny and the beautiful Maranges hill.
Vinification: Traditional vinification in thermos-regulated stainless steel vats on a 3 weeks period: Cold pre-fermentation maceration around 8 ° C. Pigeages and pumping over to extract colour and structure. Fermentation with a peak temperature around 30 ° C. Post fermentation maceration at 25 ° C. A part of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats and the other part in oak barrels between 8 to 10 months with malolactic fermentation.
