The Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune overlooks the Côte de Beaune to the west, from Maranges to Ladoix-Serrigny.The vineyards are located between 280 and 450 meters above sea level.
Marly formations. Sometimes very pronounced slopes, often covered with limestone boulders.
Harvest by hand in pierced crates. Traditional vinification. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels. The blending of the two wines is carried out prior to bottling. The wine is aged for 10 months : 60% in oak barrels and 40% on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
