CHABLIS GRAND CRU BOUGROS 2015 MOILLARD GRIVOT
Colour: Beautiful light yellow colour with golden highlights.
Nose: The nose is slightly woody with mineral (saline) and floral aromas. Then notes of almond and honey are revealed.
Palate: The mouth is round and greedy while keeping its minerality and freshness.
Recommendations: This wine goes perfectly with foie gras, shellfish (lobster, crayfish) or poultry in cream sauce and white meats.

Geographical situation: The Chablis Grand Cru appellation is located in the commune of Chablis, in the Yonne.
The "Bougros" climate is located in the north-west, between 100 and 250 metres in altitude.
Vinification: Traditional vinification: Direct pressing on reception of the grapes in a pneumatic press, settling, cold stabulation for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. Aged on lees in oak barrels for 12 months, 70% of which are new, with regular stirring.
Soil: Limestone and marl with Exogyra virgula, tiny oyster fossils. Geology: Upper Jurassic formed 150 million years ago.
