Origin: The Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune overlooks the Côte de Beaune to the west, from Maranges to Ladoix- Serrigny.The vineyards are located between 280 and 450 meters above sea level.
Vinification: Traditional vinification. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 8 to 10 months.
Soil: Marly formations. Sometimes very pronounced slopes, often covered with limestone boulders.
