Colour: Beautiful gold with green hues.
Nose: The nose is fine, revealing mineral aromas, floral notes of lime blossom, dried fruit, honey and almond.
Palate: The mouth is dense, round, opulent and deep with a very good balance.
Recommendations: The liveliness of this wine makes it a perfect match for foie gras, shellfish (lobster, crayfish) or poultry in cream sauce and white meats.

Geographical situation: The Chablis Grand Cru appellation is located in the commune of Chablis, in the Yonne.
The "Bougros" climate is located in the north-west, between 100 and 250 metres in altitude.
Vinification: Traditional vinification: Direct pressing on reception of the grapes in a pneumatic press, settling, cold stabulation for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels.
Aged on lees in oak barrels for 12 months, 70% of which are new, with regular stirring.
Soil: Limestone and marl with Exogyra virgula, tiny oyster fossils. Geology: Upper Jurassic formed 150 million years ago.
