Ruby with amber hues in colour.
Beautiful aromatic intensity with a complex bouquet composed of aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and more floral notes (peony, jasmine).
The balance between strength and finesse is remarkable. A nice acidity brings tension and precision to the end of the mouth.
Tasty meats such as roast lamb, rib of beef, duck breast. Spicy recipes. Cheese with strong flavors like Livarot, Munster, Maroilles, Epoisses, Langres, Soumaintrain or even Reblochon.
