Colour: Golden yellow color with a fine bubble and a persistent foam.
Nose: Notes of white flowers, hazelnut and peach are subtly released.
Palate: A fresh mouth with floral aromas. The bubble is fine with a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Geographical situation: The basic wines of this Crémant de Bourgogne come essentially from the Côtes and Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Nuits as well as from the Côte Chalonnaise.
Vinification: Traditional method. The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive in the winery in pneumatic presses and then settled. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated at 18°C. The basic wines are then blended. They then undergo a second fermentation in the bottle and a 15-month maturing period ("Sur Latte") before being put in gyro-palettes and disgorged.
Addition of the expedition liqueur, before capping and muzzling.
Soil: Various soils: limestone and marl on the Côtes de Nuits, de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise and granite in the South of Burgundy.
Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Gamay, Aligoté, Chardonnay.
